I was just reading the posts and happened to see you had a recipe for roast Pheasant. 
Well it just so happens I have fresh pheasant from this weekend and was hoping I may 
try out your roast pheasant recipe. I have eaten pheasant for the last two nights and 
am eager for any new recipes. 

Last night I had marinated pheasant.  I split the bird and marinated him in olive oil, 
lemon juice, tarragon, rosemary and cayanne. Threw it on the grill. It was excellent.

The night before was much taster I would have to say. I took the hole bird, stuffed it 
with stovetop, basted him in butter, wrapped him in bacon, then threw him on the 
grill. Absolutely delicious. I think the butter and bacon kept the bird from drying 
out. You should definetly try this one out. 

Anyway, Chances on that roast pheasant recipe?
