> I was just reading the posts and happened to see you had a recipe for
roast Pheasant. Well it just so happens I have fresh pheasant from this
weekend and was hoping I may try out your roast pheasant recipe. I have
eaten pheasant for the last two nights and am eager for any new recipes.

in olive oil, lemon juice, tarragon, rosemary and cayanne. Threw it on the
grill. It was excellent.

> The night before was much taster I would have to say. I took the hole
bird, stuffed it with stovetop, basted him in butter, wrapped him in bacon,
then threw him on the grill. Absolutely delicious. I think the butter and
bacon kept the bird from drying out. You should definetly try this one out.
