Heck Ya. I would use any marinade that you are using for the bird. the key is to inject it in several places under the skin to keep the bird from drying out. I also would use some kind of mop on the bird that incorporates some kind of oil/sugar combo. For turkey, I use apple juice concentrate and olive oil with some crushed garlic. This will seal the bird and help keep it from drying.
