For those of you intrested the sauce DonO is "afraid" to try is called Hectors Smokin Habanero Sauce. It is made by a local resturant owner and Asheville is the only place to find it. It is made with organic habaneros that are grown locally and smoked with hickory, apple and cherry wood...really good stuff.
