Hi Doug, I have started using a high gloss finish on my fly heads and I certainly love the look of it. It is a two part Epoxy Paint made by Wapsi Fly Inc.Rt.5,Box 57E Mountain Home ,Arkansas (501-425-9500). Is that for photographic purposes only?  Let's say the tier is tying 25 flies.  Does that mean that all flies are tied THEN the epoxy is added?  Or is there some sort of head cement that I am missing out on?  The cement I use penetrates really well, locks the thread down tight - but does not achieve that glossy look. Any insights to this? Doug
