Now that I have my bottle of Hard as Nails, and have discovered it is nothing more than clear fingernail polish. . .I am a little embarrassed to admit that years ago when I first began tying and had no cement, I used fingernail polish.  Haven't used it in 10 years or so.  Thanks for the reminder!
