Nice report Jimmy, it's been cold and windy here and this morning we have
about 1" of snow on the ground. Guess all the real nuts will be slipping and
sliding around on the roads.

Fished Lake Waco today, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., casting my 4 wt
Thomas & Thomas from my bass boat. First time in quite a while, that
the wind didn't blow ninety to nothing. With the warm weather we've had
over the last week, the water temp was in the mid 60's and the
largemouth bass were in the shallows. Caught 8, (1/2 lb - 2 lbs) all on
Deerhair bugs fished in the rotting weeds, near the shoreline, Bugs
were from Dan's Deerhair swap. Really fun outing. Gotta go to the
ranch tomorrow and charge the battery on my tractor, air up the tires
and do some blade-work on my roads. The rains we've had over the last
three weeks have not been kind to them.
