Why not start a new thread:  Tell me your favorites and why you like them so much. I'd like this info from you because I'm in the process of developing a "fly fishing profile for the typical VFB'er. "

Favorite flies for:  wet, a hairy concoction with a Partridge hackle dry, Parachute Adams  salt, bass, bluegill, pike, don't fish these species

Favorite rod for:  Small streams,  3wt   large streams, 6wt salt, big fish, 9wt   little fish  3wt

Favorite vice: Small flies, large flies:  only got one, Renzetti Traveler and I really like it

Favorite waders:  Chest, bootfoot, waist:  Been using Hodgeman breathables, very easy to puncture, just bought a pair of Gilly's

Favorite wading boots: I don't like either pair I have

Favorite fishing hat/cap:  Just got a new fancy one for Christmas that looks like one of those old Foreign Legion caps, usually just wear a ball cap

Favorite wading vest:  Use a fanny pack, it's much cooler in summer and easy to wear over any coat for winter fishing

Favorite wading jacket:  Don't own one, wear my insulated coveralls

Favorite float tube/kick boat/pontoon boat/canoe  Bought a Sea Eagle Kayak last spring it's really fun in all water types

Favorite fishing car/truck  Got a Dodge 3/4 ton 4x4 extracab longbed, will haul, pull, push, tug, tow, drag or crush any and everything

Favorite streamside snack  Too buisy fishing to eat

Favorite beverage while or just after fishing;  Water, never have time to drink while fishing

Favorite Red Neck:  Why Jimmy D. of course:-)

THERE,  THAT SHOULD KEEP US BUSY FOR ANOTHER WEEK OR SO.  And, please respond to the List on this.  I think all would enjoy seeing our "favorite stuff".

Have a Great Day!

JIMMY
