Jerry, I looked, pretty drawings ;-) What is missing are length indicators for the various portions of a line, and without them the profile diagrams are useless. Here is a url in return: http://www.cortlandline.com/technical/specs.html Please look at the data for the Cortland 333, 444, 555, in both DT and WF. Note that the front 30' of both types of line are either an exact match (most of them), or an almost exact match (some minor shifts between models and line weights). I repeat: if the line profile is identical (line density=>diameter, and taper length) they will behave identical.
