Corn has no food value to the trout and they
don't digest ot pass it. They swim around and get thinner
and thinner till they die. I have found some dead trout that
looked like ells


Tony- I wonder if that isn't why Harrison Steeves' 39" trout didn't look like an eel.  He showed me a picture and it certainly was long but not robust at all.  I'll bet someone was feeding that fish bread and corn for a long time and Harry just stumbled on the pool.  Another factor could be that it ate all the other fish (except the smaller mate) in the pool and was starving naturally.
