You refer to the Aal Soup they serve in Northern
Germany?
Eel soup wasn't made from Eel in the past. Nowadays they use
to put Eel in it to avoid the questioning of the tourists.
I would add smoked Eel to the list. Hmmmmm....
BTW: Mart Westbeek uses Eel skin for muddler wings. Met him
during a show here in Cologne yesterday.
