No, but I do have a ton of flies that I need to strip down to the bare hook.

I used to cement my flies during different stages of the tying process. This keep you from reclaiming the hooks from flies that are "used up". Now I only cement the heads [if that], depending on what the fly will be used far (species).

I find that a dozen gills will take the marabou off an SMP.
  I tend to just retye the marabou in.

I also use a few other patterns that get the marabou ripped apart.

Does any one else do stuff like this?
