Hello again Dean, In cleaning up I came across these, don't know if they are the same. These are fairly large, ( 2-0 maybe). Silver platted with a large straight eye, but the bend is offset so the barb is not in line with the eye and it is flattened a bit on the sides. Does this sound familiar ? Jimi
JIMI, The 34007 is the plated Saltwater hooks from Mustad, other then the fact you'll need to sharpen them up , they are great Saltwater hooks at a low price...Beginners get quality at a good price. The Stinger hooks are what Teimco based their 8089 Bass hooks on, the Teimco hook is smoothed around the edges, where as the Mustad Stinger in right angles all the way.. both are Bass Bug/Popper hooks... I just prefer the Stinger over the Tiemco 8089...

Morning Dean, Can you discribe these for me ? I might have some. What paterns do you tie on the ? Jimi > I am always looking for Mustad's Bass Stinger Hook- which I prefer over Tiemco's Attempt at a Stinger hook. For Beginning Saltwater Flytyers I always recommend Mustad's 34007 series....
