I've had a pair of Orvis for five years and had leak problems in the feet almost the whole time. I didn't even think about sending them in, hopefully Orvis has the same policy. I had a pair of Simms neoprene before these for 15 years and only got a leak on the 15th year. I should have stayed with Simms. Jeff C Tucson
