I traded graphic design work for a pair of Simms Guide Weight 
breathables six years ago, and the waders have been leak-free and wear 
like iron.  On a $ per year basis, this has been my best wader buy 
ever.  Would definitely go this route again.  My wife has been through 
two pairs of Orvis Clearwater breathables, and they have been Leak 
City...worst buy ever!

One caution is that Simms breathables have a very snug fit compared to 
other waders.  You should try pairs on at a store to find the right 
size for you. Don't order sight unseen without knowing exactly what 
size fits you best.
