I'm on the water 200+ days a year and i have been useing my Simms Guide
waders for the past 4 tears and haven't had any problems with mine
either..If you fish the northwest you know how bad the blackberries are and
I'm careful around them but sometimes have to go through a few to get into
the water..I have had 2 small leaks from thorns and 2 from Hooks (i use a
14' 9wt Spey rod all the time so you know what i mean) and have had no
problems patching them..I have a pair of Orvis Breathables that lasted me a
week and i was lucky the shop i bought them from took them back and i bought
my Simms..
