[VFB] Spey Hackle

Ok Guys I am having trouble with spey hackle.  When I tye in by the tips I am getting to many broken fibers.  When I tye in by the base I do not have that problem but I do not like how the fly looks.  Ok DonO you have a free shot here!   BobH
