Wes , Again maybe I can help you. I am a plumber, and the dye you are referring to is rather pricey. I am not sure how that would work for dying hair and feathers.
Thanks again, Kevin! Curious what color is the dye used for plumbing? I know that dye is available via eBay, so can be obtained a little more reasonably. The fluorescent fabric dye from the UK is pricey as well, but worth it to me if the quality is good.
