In answer to your first question, you will change the dye from being fluorescent if you add a non fluoroscent dye to it. The only dyes which are fluorescent are Yellows and Reds. There are no
fluorescent Greens or Blues.
The shade of our (non-fluorescent) chartruese is obtained from mixing a yellow and green dye in a formula which we do in quantities of 250 pound drums. You would need to purchase the chartruese color as we do not disclose our dye formulations on any particular color.

I am assuming that while FlyDye does not make fluorescent green, it still may be possible to manufacture a fluorescent green since Veniard's lists that in their product catalog.
Can any of our list physicists or chemists expound on why making a fluorescent green may not be possible? Why would fluorescence be limited to yellow and red (and orange), or is that a limitation of just this one manufacturer?
I think my best shot at a fl. chartreuse is to mix Veniard's fluorescent yellow and fluorescent green. Will be ordering soon. Reports later.
