Only expounding I can do is say:  HUH????

I've never dealt with flourescence that much, but what little playing around
I did (50 years ago), most of the things that flouresced were
greenish-yellow.   Just derned near chartreuse!

Of course, that was before the MSDS's came out with all the "this is bad for
you" rules.
