[VFB] swiss straw

According to International Guide To Fly-Tying Materials by Clarke and 
Spaight, Swiss Straw is artificial raffia, aka Raffene and Rayon Straw.

Mark - what are the differences?  Does the artificial stuff have more of a 
gloss to it?

Also just confirmed that Swiss Straw and Raffia are two names for 
the  same raffia palm material.
