Joyce,
Part of the name is misleading. The "Drinkers" are totally soft drinkers. We don't have a hard stuff drinker in the bunch. LOL
The tying was at my house on the First Tuesday. It snowed and the one mile hill kept all from coming.
I put it off till the second Tuesday and it worked out well. I could not go downstairs to the tying room to get materials so I used what I had upstairs. Up until yesterday I was still using the walker. I had been tying woolly buggers before I went in for surgery so I had several colors of marabou on the bench.
Ed Engle had mentioned my one marabou plume damsel, that made me think that we would tie them. We tied them in several different colors. It seems the purple did real well this past week. At least that is what I am told. I have been tying with these guys for nine years and never thought about showing them that tie because it was so simple. They really had a ball with it.
That lead to using the same method using antron yarn to tie some emergers. Well we were at it for three hours. BTW none of the wives complained. They were doing their thing in the other room.
I guess simple things for simple minded tyers works out in the long run.

Tony, love the name of your group of tiers. Isn't it a hoot to enjoy the new
patterns and great company? I heartily recommend it. Joyce
