Thanks..the rub I used was the "carolina rub" in the cookbook The Barbecue
Bible. It is actually for "pulled pork" and was good. Here it is for those
who wish it
1 tbs mild paprika
2 tsp firmly packed light brown sugar
1.5 tsp of hot paprika
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt.
