Personally I prefer 'Wing-Tail-Body-Hackle'. By tying in the wing first the stub from it can work as an underbody, that's easily shaped by cutting it little by little backwards on the hook and then covered with thread. Nicely shaped underbody makes the body work easier, when you don't have to hassle with using the body material to shape it. But don't forget...that's just what I prefer because it works best for ME. Try out other ways yourself. Maybe you find another way that works better for you. Then, when the next one comes to this list asking, you can give him YOUR method to try out.
