That's close. I didn't use any 'hair'. Tied in the barbell eyes on top of the hook shank. Tied in the red marabou gills. Tied a dark green bunny strip in front of the eyes with hook point up and poked it through the hook point. Then tied the shorter white strip behind and in front of the eyes with hook point down. The two strips lay hide to hide. It looks great and it is very simple.
Haven't fished it yet to see if there are any fouling issues.
