We've had rain in Utah the past week..much needed, but has put a dent in the fishing. There is a sign in the local fly shop, "Provo River- water is high, 700 CFS, wade and you die!".  that about sums it up. Went up to take a look..water is almost to the road in places and what used to be runs are now giant pools. I'm wondering..what effect will this have on the reds and spring spawining? Anyone in the know on this? Joyce
