Joyce: Good advice.. High Blood pressure runs in my family, and I have been on meds for 20 yrs now.. I now take Calan (Calcium Chanell Blocker) and Fosinopril (Ace inhibitor or beta blocker one, can't remember right off), but I began on some that made me soooooooooooo drug out I could hardly get out of bed...And back in '74 when my Momdied there were very limited choices. Today there are DOZENS of meds at least...Anyway, a good doc can control the BP and the tiredness in most cases, Chuck
