Fosinopril is an ACE (angiotenson channel blocker) and seems to work well
without so much tiredness. Usually, a doctor does use a combination, as that
way he can get better control without such a big dose of any single
medicine. Most importantly...stay on the drugs.. Some people think that once
they feel better, and the blood pressure comes down, that they can
quit..only to have a very nasty rebound. take care. JOyce
