[VFB] bolar bear hair

Can some one help me out here,i'm trying to find some polar bear hair and
goat hair. some people say it's better than deer hair, is this ture?does it
dye better than deer?and can a person buy a big peice, the size of a med.zip
loc bag and how much.I know for a small patch down here it will run you
about $5-$8.00 just for a small patch any help would be great fully.
