Chuck, are you talking about "state parks"? Mt. Cheaha, Chawalca, etc.
? If so, check with them to see if they stock rainbow trout during
December - January.
Texas Parks & Wildlife annually stocks several state park lakes
benefiting fly fisnermen during these two months. They also stock some
small ponds within selected towns.
