Jerry, There is still another way that it can be changed by turning the part (Z) that holds the jaws upside down. It will not work as a true rotary but it is usable as a rotary. If I get a chance this week I will get mine out and take some photos of what I mean. The part I am talking about is not shown on your vise. You have the straight jaws in the photos.
