I think keeping it free for the viewer is key to making money.  Jason

The main thing that I got from the artical above is this:
The best thing you can do to make more money is produce world-class
content. That's what I spend my time on: finding people who can make
world-class content... and pay them!

I believe we have world class content...whats better than video?? well
of course there is bad video (like mine) and there is good video, but
i think you get the point.  

Also with video to have an ad at the side is awesome because it stays
there.  no scrolling past ads because its video not text no need to scroll
