Hello all, I just joined the group after launching my first vLog. I would appreciate any feedback on both the technical side (slow download, feeds, etc.) and the production side.

One final question. What is the most popular encoding for offering a vidcast? I have a .mov up but a windows user was having problems even after updating to the current version of Quicktime.
