I'm a windows user but I don't have QT 7.0 so I can hear the music but
not see the video. 

What I do is make a video for the .wvm and include a 160x120 .mov link
version for dial-up/QT users. You don't have to do that it is just
what I chose to do. It is more work and making sure that I don't link
to the wrong thing.

Many folks have decided that they want to render in QT 7.0, again that
is a choice. I think it does help to have a line that says "QT 7.0 or
higher required to view videos.
