Hi edmund,

I use quicktime pro 7, but there are also free compressors/converters at download.com, maybe you could do a little hunting about before you pay $30 or £20 for the privilage of using quicktime pro.

I was wondering, what software is used to create MPEG4 files?

Usually, I would edit my videos with either Adobe Premiere Pro or Sony
Vegas and then render them into MPEG2 files (for myself) and .mov/wmv
files (for my blog), but as you all know, the latter two are pretty
bad (TOO MURKY!), so I thought MPEG4 would be a preferable alternative
(... I don't think they take up too much space, right?).

Help?
