[videoblogging] issues with Blip.tv & Ourmedia.org uploads, MIME types not being returned

My recent audio uploads to Ourmedia are not being returned as MIME "audio/mpeg".  Similarly, *some* of my  video-uploads to Blip.tv are not being returned as MIME "video/mpeg". Link: http://blip.tv/file/get/Jumplive-CCWS05LBGPSatAutographsessionSebasteinBourdais779.m4v Content Type reported: video/mp4 Media enclosure not created because: The content type returned from your hosting server was incorrect for your SmartCast settings. However, other Blip.tv uploads are working: Yay! Media enclosure created for: Jumplive-Champcar2005LongBeachGPRace617.m4v [ http://blip.tv/file/get/Jumplive-Champcar2005LongBeachGPRace617.m4v ] As the result, Feedburner is not making enclosures for the RSS feed to iTunes video-podcast.  I used Feedburner "Troubleshootize" to confirm this. Is anyone else having issues with Ourmedia or Blip.tvuploads?  What I don't understand, is why certain Blip.tv uploads work & others don't. I had to upload them to my own FTP server, & set the MIME types. BY YAHOO!
