As I "tweeted" yesterday, I have a solution to your situation David, 
upload you video's to blip, I will create a site where 
I "showcase 'cool videos'"  and your's will always be amonng them, 
along with contact information, etc  It's not yours and you will 
now "own" it (wink, wink)

I'm not trying to be a pest, I am not trying to get you fired, it's 
just the policy is stupid and as Enric said you should call the EFF, 
I will donate money to you to help fight, why?  because I like you 
and l like what you do and I want to see you to continue, we all 
(well some of us) would love to make a living at vlogging, some of us 
do, but the relationships that have been made have meant more to me 
than any video that gets a ton of hits....I care.....that may not 
mean much, but I do and I know a whole lot of others care too.....

And THIS is why vlogging is important......
