Comcast is one of the biggest broadband providers in the US. Very often
Comcast will be one of he only broadband providers in an area.
what concerns me is that there doesnt seem to be clear rules on what they
can and cant do.
Comcast also doesnt seem to want to share their thinking unless they are
forced to.
