I assume it is at McCormick place but you can get there on the bus or train. 
You can also find the nearest ALA hotel and sneak on the shuttle.

Hi All,
Landmark Media is thinking of attending mid winter ALA in January (who wouldn't 
want to get out of Chicago in January?).  Would love to know from all of you 
who usually  attends in the way of  media exhibitors and buyers.  We know it is 
not as heavily attended as mid summer but can you give some good reason to be 
there?  Would appreciate any info you care to share.
