Sorry for digging out an 3 year old thread, but i just noticed that the real time gps stuff is not working for me anymore.
I noticed that gpsd now returns JSON data objects, different to what it returned 3 years ago ( see. http://gpsd.berlios.de/protocol-evolution.html ) Is there any viking branch out there supporting an up to date gpsd ? Or does anybody know which gpsd version is the latest working with viking ?
