What if someone goes to the "auto-completion" category, sees a nice-looking autocompletion tip, opens it, and realizes the tip is not for the desired language(s)? I would say that keeping the language name in the title doesn't hurt, if it's really specific to this language (but we could do s/C PLUS PLUS/C plus plus/ for example).
