Thanks for reporting this.
The \%[] item didn't support nesting at all. Fortunately it's easy to
fix. And then it will support anything (unlike the old engine).
Literal `]' inside `\%[...]' required escaping as `[]]'.
Is this still the case?
Escaping as `\]' would be nice.
