Hmm...I'm not seeing that option.
If I click the "more options" on a specific message, I get:
Reply | Reply to author | Forward | Print | Individual message | Show
original | Report this message | Find messages by this author
The only one I would think could help is "show original" and the text
you quote does not appear there.
If I click the "Options" at the top of the page, I get:
Standard view View as tree
Proportional text Fixed font
Email updates to me
Nothing helpful there.
I similarly cannot find it in my google account preferences.
Regardless, though...this isn't something the average person should be
expected to know.
We should respond with a clear instruction, not refer them to a
message header or footer that they may not be able to see.
Or we can figure out a way to make it abundantly obvious, but nothing
hits me right away.
