I use Devhelp a lot, each time I wrote a new program, because it has all the help I need in just one place and is faster (and easier) to use than info. Moreover, the help is nicely formatted, very similar to HTML, so it is easier to read and faster to find. I've never wrote a piece of software that needs a lot of documentation, so I normally go with a couple of TXT files, but if I ever have to write a long documentation (for a library, for example) I think that Devhelp will be my format. This said, I've never investigated about it so I don't know if it is easy, complex, kind-of-HTML or whatever. Other formats I've considered, like DocBook and Doxygen, may be more complex because many documentation has been ported to Devhelp, meaning that the porting or the format itself is simple enough to automate the hardest part. I don't know this for sure, but looks like its true. > Thanks for all your help. :-) Well, you're welcome but I don't think I've helped at all. You did the job (and a very good one) with the book! I plan to include a link in my homepage or even a copy of the PDF version if you don't mind. -- Raúl "DervishD" Núñez de Arenas Coronado Linux Registered User 88736 | http://www.dervishd.net It's my PC and I'll cry if I want to...
