Thanks, Christian. I'd stopped experimenting with vimorganizer some time ago. It's an appealing program, but when it comes to moving text between different applications, or plugins, there is always the extra, irritating, and not always straightforward, at least with my limited grasp of technology, step of reformatting the text to remove newlines from paragraphs. Something I'm not willing to put up with. I reinstalled it to run the tests you were wondering about. Now it's completely uninstalled. Can't run any more tests with it installed.
