If one exists, it'll be rare and expensive. Your Quadra predates the iMac (and thus the beginning of mainstream USB support) by over 5 years, and the OS has virtually no support for hot-pluggable devices as a result. The reverse solution - attaching your Quadra's SCSI disk via USB to the Mini, would be viable... *if* USB-to-SCSI adapters that were worth jack were easier to find. There seems to be something about attaching an entire SCSI bus over a hot-pluggable medium that gives reputable manufacturers hives. Frankly, Ethernet is virtually the only technology that the two machines share in common. You'll be best off persevering with that.
