I have to transfer files daily from my Quadra 650 to a USB stick. I have it
connected to a G3 iMac running OS9.2.2. I use a AAUI Ethernet adaptor on the
Quadra and a Ethernet cable to the iMac. On the Quadra choose Ethernet in the
Network pane then In Chooser on the Quadra will be the iMac volume, click on it
and it mounts on the Quadra desktop. You cannot do this AFAIK on any later
system than OS9' A G3 iMac can be had for real cheap now days. I have several
and a few Quadra's too:-)
