I don't have anything against using *BSD, Linux, or OS X on Mac
equipment, however in the case of the LC you would be better off to
find faster equipment. I was just suggesting that you could migrate to
a more usable machine by selling the LC.
NetBSD works just as well on x86 as it does on m68k or ppc. It doesn't
get any easier on Macs. An LC, even with 10MB of RAM, isn't a usable
UNIX machine for most people.
