Simple Text will usually default to a different font than Eudora
or other email clients. In which case, your email client may try to
encode the message as an HTML document.
If you're using Eudora, after you paste your text from Simple
Text, highlight all the text, then press Clover-Option-T. This will
change all highlighted text to Eudora's "default" font.
