Most of 'em will work just fine, just not at full speed since they'll have
to run in emulation mode.  A Q700 might actually be slightly faster for a
lot of stuff if you stick with an older OS like 7.x.  Once you move up to
8.1 and beyond, though - which I highly recommend if you get a 7100 board -
you're better off with the 7100, since a Quadra can only run a max of 8.1.

If there aren't any NuBus cards whose function you're intent on preserving,
you might even be able to cram a 7500 motherboard in there for the
possibility of a G4 upgrade later :)  (The 7500 has PCI slots, not NuBus.)
